Our Iftar package is unmatched. For just $1, you'll share a complete meal featuring fresh dates, cold bottled water, and nourishing chicken biryani. All this, for just $1 per person!

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Whoever gives iftar to one who is fasting will have a reward like his."

All Iftars are prepared and delivered daily before Maghrib throughout the month of Ramadan. When you sponsor multiple Iftar meals, your contribution is distributed across the entire month, ensuring that individual in need receive meals every single day of the month. 

Yes, we collect both Fidya and Kaffarah and we will distribute it on your behalf, insha'Allah.

We accept Fidya contributions of $5 for each missed fast.

We accept Kaffarah contributions of $300 for each missed fast

Kaffarah is a charitable compensation made by Muslims for intentionally breaking any fasts during the holy month of Ramadan without a valid reason. For each intentionally missed/broken fast, you must fast continuously for 60 days. If you are unable to do that, then you have to feed 60 poor people at a rate of $5 per person. Therefore, this amounts to $300 for each intentionally missed/broken fast.

Fidya is a religious offering given by individuals who are unable to fast during Ramadan due to reasons such as illness, travel, age, medical conditions, pregnancy, or postponing the makeup of missed fasts until the following year. The rate of fidya was established by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). In today's calculation, this equates to $5 CAD for each day missed.
